private Event packages

We offer four different packages, scalable from 2-90 guests. A great benefit of booking with Bailarin Cellars is that all of our packages rates are asset based - you customize and purchase a set number of cases depending on your Event Type and keep this wine to share at your event, give to guests or take home!

Private Event

Bailarin Cellars is the premier destination in Sacramento for private events. We facilitate corporate mixers and holiday parties, to receptions and luxury birthday parties for up to 90 guests for up to 3 hours. When booking a Private Event with us, you receive full access to the entire two level tasting room including our outdoor patio. Our venue is perfect for mixer style events as well as long communal tables for smaller seated dinners. We have catering menus available from our local restaurant partners.

Semi Private Event

For smaller or more casual groups, we offer our Semi Private Event package. This package includes shared access to a premium seating area of your choice. Choose from our spacious tasting room interior’s banquette or window view seating, or outdoor patio on the historic K Street promenade to accommodate up to 25 guests for up to 2 hours. Perfect for the mini reunion, wine tasting parties, corporate socials, and more.
